This policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations, and concerns about completed work in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Timeframe

If you believe there is a problem with our services or with the finished decorated items, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receiving your items. Letting us know promptly helps us assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Return Conditions

Because our clothing decoration services involve custom, made-to-order work tailored to your specific requirements, returns are generally only available where there is a fault, defect, or issue with the service under the Australian Consumer Law. In assessing a return or remedy, we may consider whether:

  • The work matches the approved design, colours, and specifications
  • The decoration has been applied to garments as agreed
  • The garments have been handled and cared for in line with any care instructions provided
  • The issue is due to a manufacturing or service problem rather than normal wear or external damage

Return Shipping Costs

If a return or remedy is required because of a major or minor problem with our services under the Australian Consumer Law, we will cover reasonable costs of returning the affected items to us or otherwise agree a suitable solution with you. If a return is accepted for reasons other than a fault with our services, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process

If you have concerns about your completed project or wish to request a return or remedy, please contact us within the timeframe set out above and provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A description of the problem and how it affects the use of the item
  • Your order details and project information

We will review your concern promptly and let you know what further information we may need and what steps will follow.

Non-Returnable Items

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the following items and situations are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Changes of mind after project completion
  • Issues resulting from improper care or washing of decorated items
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by alterations made by other parties
  • Issues with customer-supplied garments or materials

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before we begin preparing artwork, ordering materials, or starting decoration. Once we have commenced work, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to reasonable charges for work already completed and materials purchased specifically for your project.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order so we can advise you of any applicable charges.

Approval and Quality Process

To ensure satisfaction, we provide opportunities for approval at key stages:

  • Design consultation before starting work
  • Material and color selection confirmation
  • Placement verification when applicable

Your approval at these stages helps ensure the final result meets your expectations.

Resolution and Refund Procedure

When you contact us about an issue, we will:

  • Acknowledge your concern within 24 hours
  • Review the details and assess the situation
  • Propose a fair solution based on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
  • Work with you to implement the agreed resolution, which may include repair, rework, replacement, or a refund where required

Where a refund is agreed, we will process it using the original payment method where reasonably possible and within a reasonable time after the resolution is confirmed.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. To the extent of any inconsistency with the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will apply.
